- If you are a small business owner that is looking to reduce their monthly technology support costs, our Gold Service Plan reduces the amount of technical support that a small business needs due to the preventative, proactive nature of our service with a preferred rate offered for all technical support.
- If you are a small business owner that has an IT employee that is stretched too thin, but you are not at the point that adding another employee is justifiable, leveraging our Bronze Service Plan will ensure your network is being monitored 24X7 and all the monthly, routine technical maintenance is being done to reduce system disasters.
3. Will Pretecht see any of my sensitive, confidential business data?
Pretecht scans do not look inside documents, but rather at the systems that hold the data.
4. How is Pretecht different than monitoring software?
Monitoring software will just alert you to a problem. Pretecht is predicting problems allowing our consultants to prevent system disasters. And, should a problem arise, Pretecht has the tools to immediately identify the root cause of an issue saving significant hours on the part of a technician troubleshooting a situation.
